The staff were cute, a true delight after a long journey. i especially loved the wide selection of food available at breakfast each morning. the location proved to be convenient. I could easily access everything i needed.

i noted that the beach area can get quite crowded, making it difficult to secure a sun lounger after the early morning.

the room was roomy, even the 'basic' option, included a full-bodied bath tub and a rain shower. rooms are regularly cleaned by the housekeeping staff and kept in good condition. the decor features tasteful thai-style designs.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was quite spacious, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. I appreciated the clean shower and bathroom. I enjoyed the balcony. It was awesome for watching the sunrise and sunset.

I noticed that the pool area was a bit small. There was limited space for chairs, sometimes inconvenient.

The Beautiful room was an enormous suite with a separate lounge. I found a huge bath and ocean views. The king bed was very comfortable with soft pillows.

Breakfast included many options and I rate it 10/10. I noticed a chef cooking wonderful dishes and really liked that. There was also a romantic dinner on the sand each night, sometimes with live music.

The hotel has a great location near all the action, a few minutes walk to all the Chaweng areas. The hotel is beachfront with sun beds provided. I also appreciated that the hotel is centrally located and close to restaurants.

No one interacted with me when i sat down to eat. i had to find someone to take my order. There was often no staff in the seating area. the food prices are too high i ordered 2 sandwiches and a coke, and it cost £19.
